Ok....so knitting with roving....I've always wanted to give this a go and here it is.  Some huge, fluffy Imperial Roving, knit on size 15 needles.  Loving this knit.

Alpacas

Ok....so a recent trip to New Era Fibers and Long Hollow Alpacas resulted in a mill tour and a visit with the Mums and babies....so much fun on a school night.  Also resulted in a yarn purchase....go figure.

Ok....so a recent visit to Canada yielded many great adventures and yes....a bit of Coffee Crisp.  Why can't we get this everywhere in the States?  And why have even the Canadians stopped selling Sweet Maries....?  Why?  However, some Smarties did make it back with me.

Spinning Romney

Ok.....So I have spun Romney before, and from Far Out Farm....but again I am in love with how this spins.  This green is a blend...Romney and Alpaca....soft, fluffy and so well prepared.  Joy!!!

Handspun Cowl

Ok...so this is a combo knit...mostly bulky handspun, but also a bit of sari yarn.  Interesting.  Patten was the infinity cowl with 103 CO sts.

Ok....interesting spin.  Yak and Silk...slippery.  Five one ounce hanks spun into a grade.
