Weaving Pillows

Ok.....so I'm not new to weaving, but I'm new to making pillows with my weaving.  These are made with a black cotton warp and a handspun weft.  The fibre was from Spinning Moon Farm and a little paper included.  They turned out better than imagined.

Saori Banner

Ok....I know what you're thinking, but.....   I bought a Saori Loom...love it.  I know I had two rigid heddle looms but now I still have two and one is has a new happy home.  So, just did what came to mind this first time....the saori way....  Love that it is hanging in the yard.  Hope the animals love it too.

Weaving Class

Ok...I like to take pictures...a lot of pictures, but sometimes, I have no idea what's up...because I just forget.  I like having pictures of the students in the classes I've taught, but usually forget.  I guess I'm just too caught up in the moment.

I recently taught a toe up sock class at Ewe & Company in Kingston Springs, TN and....forgot.  Great class...no pictures.

However, this time...this one time, I remembered.  I taught a beginners weaving class at Haus of Yarn Sunday and here are just a few shots.  I think they did a great job.  Fun class.
