Christmas Pillow
Ok...I'm in full on fair isle mode. I finished a scarf a little bit ago and now this.... I enjoyed every minute of the knitting and now am enjoying it in my chair. The pattern is Fair Isle Round Pillow by Hazel Tindall, knit with Jamieson's Shetland Spindrift. Each side is the reverse of the other. PS....another scarf is on the needles as well.

Weaving Pillows
Ok.....so I'm not new to weaving, but I'm new to making pillows with my weaving. These are made with a black cotton warp and a handspun weft. The fibre was from Spinning Moon Farm and a little paper included. They turned out better than imagined.

Alabama Stitching
Ok....so, as my friend Jan would say....there is another squirrel in my house.... I have for a long time done embroidery work, but more recently have been drawn to the Alabama Chanin model for clothing, stitching and rustic simplicity. So...off I go... What fun!! This is a small sampler I purchased to play a bit. Needed to learn a little different style from the usual embroidery work I have done.
