A Circle Throw
Ok.....I finally used the Peace Fleece I purchased a few years ago....and I'm very happy I waited. Sometimes, the yarn has to live in your stash until the perfect project comes along. The pattern is Berroco Mums.

Purple Poncho
Ok....so, yes, I knt 1600 yards of stockinette...I know...but I really did and there was a minimal amount of complaining which only started after the the first 30 inches. But the result is well worth it. Pattern is Churchmouse Easy Folded Poncho with strands of Rowan Kidsilk Haze and Rowan Fine Art Sock held together....soft with a lovely drape.

Champlain Tweed
Ok....happy with the result on this. Berroco pattern Champlain with Inca Tweed. I did make some small mods for size....I actually made the medium...ran big for me. But the big one was no bobbles....I converted the pattern to do stitch wraps instead and am much happier. Loved working with the yarn.

Holiday Lights
Ok....so this year Cheekwood began a new holiday tradition....in addition to the beautifully decorated trees indoors, the grounds are covered with lights....trees covered, pathways lined and softly lit pools of water. Highly recommend a stroll through the gardens.
